In Italy, the three siblings had a heart attack at the same time, two of them died, according to The Daily Telegraph.

The newspaper said the two brothers, 53-year-old Alberto Garofalo and 45-year-old Guido Garofalo with their wives and children went to a picnic on the slopes of Mount Etna near Catania.
Suddenly the younger brother became ill, and he fell. Running up big brother grabbed his chest and also lost consciousness.

At the scene immediately flew a helicopter with doctors, but they are only able to ascertain the death of both Garofalo. The cause of death was acute myocardial infarction.

At the same time heart attack occurred in their third brother, Salvatore, who was visiting their mother in the hospital. The medical staff gave him emergency assistance, and now the man is in intensive care. According to health workers, it is immediate intervention helped save his life.

Physician Hospitals of Garibaldi in Catania Tekia Maurhoff noted that at the present time experts versed in the details of this rather unique case. According to her, she never met anything like this neither in literature nor in her own practice.
