How a small typographical error changed one of the commandments in the Bible?

In 1631 one English publisher came out with the Bible a gross typographical error. In one of the Ten Commandments was missing particle "not" because of what she has to sound like "Do commit adultery". The publishers were fined and their licenses, and almost the entire edition was withdrawn and destroyed, but several copies are preserved in private collections and large libraries.
