City, that lived in two different time zones?

In the early 1920s, Novosibirsk (Russia, Siberia) consisted of two parts on different shores of the Ob River, between which there was no road bridge. And as time passed the meridian directly on the river, the town had two seasons. On the left bank of the difference with Moscow is 3 hours, and on the right - 4. Although a large inconvenience this situation from Novosibirsk was not afforded, after each half lived apart, and even marriages between people of different shores of the city were rare
